This note provides practical information on the venue, recommended hotels, airport transfer options and local travel arrangements to help support your visit to Shenzhen.
1. Event Venue

2. Recommended Hotels Near the Venue
For convenience, we recommend that international guests stay in the Dameisha / Yantian area, close to the Summit venue. The hotels below are suggested options. Guests may book directly through Trip.com or through their preferred booking channels.
Distances below are approximate and are based on proximity to the Vanke Center / Vanke Co., Ltd. area where available. Actual travel time may vary depending on walking route, vehicle access, traffic and weather.

3. Recommended Arrival Airports
International guests may consider three airport options:
Option A: Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport
Airport code: SZX
This is usually the most direct option for guests flying into Shenzhen.
Estimated distance: Approx. 60–65 km
Estimated travel time: Approx. 65–100 minutes, depending on traffic
Option B: Hong Kong International Airport
Airport code: HKG
This may offer more international flight options, but requires cross-border transfer into Shenzhen.
Option C: Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport
Airport code: CAN
This may be considered as a backup option, but it is farther from the venue and requires a longer onward journey.
4. Weather and Packing Notes
Shenzhen in late June is typically hot, humid and rainy. Guests are advised to prepare:
- Lightweight business clothing
- Umbrella or raincoat
- Sportswear / athletic wear, if participating in outdoor or wellness activities
- Power adapter (China uses 220V electricity)
- Personal medication
- International roaming or local connectivity solution
