This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Shake It and governs use of this app made available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By installing the Digital with Purpose Global Summit 2026 app, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and understand that there is no tolerance for objectionable content. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not entitled to use the Digital with Purpose Global Summit 2026 app.
In order to ensure Digital with Purpose Global Summit 2026 provides the best experience possible for everyone, we strongly enforce a no tolerance policy for objectionable content. If you see inappropriate content, please use the “Report as offensive” feature found under each post.
Shake It may collect and use information about your usage of the Digital with Purpose Global Summit 2026 app, including certain types of information from and about your device. Shake It may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to measure the use and performance of the Digital with Purpose Global Summit 2026 app.
If your personal information is pre-filled when you first use the app, this information has been provided by the event organizer. Data collected before or during your interaction with the app will not be used for commercial purposes by Shake It.
Any information that you provide during your interaction with the app in social features (such as pictures, comments, posts, your profile data, etc.), may be visible both to the app contactor (event organizer and/or app sponsor) and other participants. By entering your information on the app, you are agreeing to have it visible on the app and other physical supports (monitors, screens, ipads, etc) during the event.
Any information that you provide during your interaction with the app in feedback features (such as questionnaires, ratings) may be visible the app contactor (event organizer and/or app sponsor).
When you choose to integrate Health Connect or Apple Health with our app and grant us access to read health and fitness data, we may collect certain information such as step counts. The collection and storage of this data are done with your explicit consent and solely for the purpose of providing you with the specific features or services you are using, such as health information and gamification features. This data may be shared with other participants of the event in order to display rankings or leaderboards but will not be used for commercial purposes by Shake It. We want to emphasize that the usage of your health and fitness data is strictly limited to fulfilling the requested services and enhancing your overall user experience. We do not engage in the sale or utilization of your data for advertising purposes. In the event that you decide to revoke our access, we will immediately cease collecting and accessing your data. It is important to note that we implement appropriate security measures to safeguard your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
All data related to this app is securely transmitted and stored in servers from Shake It. Direct access to individual personal data is restricted by minimum-access only and only for support purposes.
If you wish to remove or retrieve you personal information from the app, following EU regulation, please send and e-mail to info@shakeit.pt with that request. You may not be able to use the app, after this. The app contrator will be able to request a total removal of personal information from our servers. If this is the case, your personal informations will no longer be retrievable.
If you explicitly agree to share your personal data on the app (by sharing contacts with another user, by subscribing to receive information from a third party or by acessing interactivity from third parties), your data might be shared with third parties. The app will let your know and confirm whenever you are taking these actions, and will NOT share your information otherwise. In these cases, you will be informed of exactly what information will be shared and with which party.
If the app is discontinued or removed for any reason, the service will cease, and you will no longer be able to retrive your personal data.
Shake It grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Digital with Purpose Global Summit 2026 app for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may only use the Digital with Purpose Global Summit 2026 app on Apple and Android devices that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store and Google Play Terms of Service.
By using the Digital with Purpose Global Summit 2026 app, you represent and warrant that (a) you are 17 years of age or older and you agree to be bound by this Agreement; (b) if you are under 17 years of age, you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian; and (c) your use of the Digital with Purpose Global Summit 2026 app does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your access to the Digital with Purpose Global Summit 2026 app may be terminated without warning if Digital with Purpose Global Summit 2026 believes, in its sole discretion, that you are under the age of 17 years and have not obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you provide your consent to your child’s use of the Digital with Purpose Global Summit 2026 app, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in respect to your child’s use of the Digital with Purpose Global Summit 2026 app.
Content may not be submitted to Digital with Purpose Global Summit 2026, who will moderate all content and ultimately decide whether or not to post a submission to the extent such content includes, is in conjunction with, or alongside any, Objectionable Content. Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to: (i) sexually explicit materials; (ii) obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, violent and/or unlawful content or profanity; (iii) content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right, or that is deceptive or fraudulent; (iv) content that promotes the use or sale of illegal or regulated substances, tobacco products, ammunition and/or firearms; and (v) gambling, including without limitation, any online casino, sports books, bingo or poker.
Digital with Purpose Global Summit 2026 disclaims all warranties about the Digital with Purpose Global Summit 2026 app to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent any warranty exists under law that cannot be disclaimed, Digital with Purpose Global Summit 2026, not Apple and not Google, shall be solely responsible for such warranty.
